Gift Card Policy

These terms and conditions are applicable to Gift Cards for Luminary Scrubs ("Luminary Scrubs") purchased via the Luminary Scrubs website. Upon purchasing, utilizing, or accepting Gift Cards, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Luminary Scrubs holds the right to interpret, amend, adjust, or terminate these Terms and Conditions without notification.

1. Purpose
The purpose of this Gift Card Policy is to establish guidelines for the issuance, use, and management of gift cards issued by Luminary Scrubs.

2. Gift Card Value and Expiry

• Gift Cards will have a predefined monetary value
• No service fees or expiration dates apply to Gift Cards.

3. Validity

• Customers can purchase Gift Cards with a minimum value of $50 and a maximum value of $250. These gift cards can be used until the card's balance reaches zero.
• If there is suspicion of fraudulent, unlawful or improper utilization, Luminary Scrubs reserves the right to invalidate any Gift Card without providing a refund in addition to terminating or suspending customer accounts.

4. Return

• If a return is initiated and accepted, refunds will be sent to the original payment method.

5. Responsibility

• Luminary Scrubs is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. Replacement of lost or stolen Gift Cards may be at the discretion of Luminary Scrubs and subject to verification.
